A Palouse Prairie native! 1 1/2-3′ tall, thrives in full sun to partial shade. Drought tolerant but will tolerate seasonal moisture in a well drained site. Pale yellow flowers throughout the summer resemble strawberry blossoms. Preferred by butterflies. Sow in the fall.
