Description
A tall perennial, also known as Oregon Checkermallow, with 1 inch purple to pink blossoms on a spike. Has a long bloom period when moisture is available. Prefers a well-drained site but will tolerate moist sites better than most prairie species. Sow seed in early spring to late fall.
