Description

Shrub 10-15 feet, very tolerant of poor soils, drought, and some shade. Has bright-yellow 1″ flowers in late spring, followed by 2″ seed pods. Leaves turn yellow-green in fall. Native to Siberia, Mongolia. Use as hedge, screen, or windbreak. Very winter hardy. Hummingbirds are attracted to yellow flowers.
